SendCheck Terms of Service

These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities when operating a workspace on SendCheck. By accessing the app, API, or integrations you accept this agreement on behalf of your organization.

1. Service overview

SendCheck is a software-as-a-service platform that automates SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI checks, provides remediation guidance, and monitors policy drift on behalf of your organization. When you create an account, invite teammates, or connect a workspace, you are agreeing to use the platform solely for lawful, internal business purposes related to email deliverability and compliance.

The product includes deterministic DNS inspections, provider playbooks, automated alerts, PDF exports, and related tooling surfaced through the web app, API, and integrations. We continually evolve these features; material changes will be communicated through product updates or email.

2. Accounts & workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login method, whether you authenticate with a magic link or an OAuth provider like Google or GitHub. You must ensure that users invited to a workspace have granted you the authority to manage their data within SendCheck.

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse, attempts to bypass security controls, or activities that degrade service for other customers. You may cancel your subscription or delete your workspace at any time from the in-app billing center.

3. Customer data & responsibilities

You retain ownership of the DNS records, domain metadata, reports, and workspace content you upload or generate inside SendCheck. By using the service you grant SendCheck a limited license to process this information for the purpose of delivering the product—including generating DNS queries, storing remediation guidance, and issuing alerts.

You are responsible for validating recommended changes before deploying them to production DNS or messaging systems. SendCheck is a guidance engine: it does not modify your infrastructure on your behalf.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse rate limits, probe infrastructure for vulnerabilities, or use SendCheck to send unsolicited messages. Any attempt to resell or white-label the service without a written agreement is prohibited. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the platform except where allowed by applicable law.

5. Subscription, billing, and taxes

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing published at SendCheck.email/pricing. By upgrading you authorize us (or our payment processor Stripe) to charge fees on a recurring basis until you downgrade or cancel. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties unless stated otherwise.

6. Warranties & disclaimers

SendCheck is provided “as is”. While we strive for 99.98% deliverability uptime and offer support SLAs on paid tiers, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free results. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SendCheck Labs, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to SendCheck in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms to reflect new functionality, comply with law, or clarify policies. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date and, for significant changes, notify workspace owners via email. Continued use of SendCheck after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
